Engineering

It goes without saying that our project managers and design engineers are there to help you as early as the product development stage. Mold construction, special requests and necessary changes are their main focus. CAD MOLD calculations, 2D and 3D drawings are her passion. Use design meetings to save time early in the planning phase.

Precision mold making

Due to the constantly growing and modern machine park, we can manufacture efficiently for you. Our highly trained and motivated employees give 100% every day to realize your workpiece in the best possible way. 850 x 1300mm molds are our reach. Thanks to our many years of experience, we do not shy away from third-party tools. We are also happy to carry out revisions, repairs and conversions for you.

technical school

With our technical center we can make initial samples of your tools and carry out confidential trials as well as a wide variety of tests. We are equipped with two injection molding machines. With the help of our plastics technicians, we sample your injection mold directly at our premises - this way we can save you a lot of work and time.

If you have problems with the tool or the spraying process itself, we are there for you WORLDWIDE!

Air-conditioned quality assurance and production

In order to rule out temperature-related measurement deviations or manufacturing errors, our new Zeiss Contura measuring machine and the entire HSC and EDM center are air-conditioned around the clock. In order to be able to thoroughly measure and document the desired parts, specially trained measuring technicians are available to you. This is ideal for exactly replicating spare parts, checking formative parts and measuring externally manufactured parts.
